The staff and accommodations are fantastic. The rooftop pool was a bit cloudy. The beach lounge area was well maintained and the servers are on top of things.
I purchased the day pass and I had an amazing time! It was 3 people, we had more than enough money in credits for food and drinks. The view was gorgeous, the staff was very attentive to us. Our waiter Juan was frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we wanted. He was an excellent waiter. Her even taught us a little bit of Mayan which was an awesome experience. This place is totally worth the money and the view is phenomenal. Worth the 5 stars!
I am happy to share my impressions of the Mangata Beach Club hotel in Playa del Carmen. From the moment of arrival, I felt like I was in paradise: the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was clean and cozy. The hotel had everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a pool with a bar, restaurants with a variety of dishes, and a beach with loungers and relaxation areas. The breakfasts were substantial, and you could choose something from the menu. For me, this was a bit of a problem because I didn't enjoy having only one dish. The most enjoyable aspect was that the hotel was located right on the beach, allowing for enjoyment of the beach and sunsets every day, although admittedly it was not very suitable for swimming. However, by walking a bit further, you could find nice swimming spots. Overall, I had a good experience at the Mangata Beach Club, and it will remain special to me because I came to Mexico to celebrate my wedding, so this hotel now associates with it. I hope to return for our anniversary. My stay at the hotel was in early 2023, so I'm writing about what was at that time.
Beautiful rooftop bar and pool . Was perfect to spend a day there. Wonderful view and the food and drinks were also good. A bit hard to drive there because of the broken road

I stayed 6 nights here. It was better than the pictures I have seen. The grounds and staff are beautiful. The food was not what I had hoped for but still could find some decent foods. The best thing I ate was the guacamole for sure. The drinks were a little soft on the strength. I think this might be a thing in this region as I have heard lots of other reviews that say this. Our room was an absolute delight. The bed was super comfortable, the sheets were soft, the turn down service was perfect. Also, very clean. The staff was over the top kind and helpful. We even had a medical situation and they were on it, all hands on deck. Very reassuring.
We had the most amazing stay! The property was perfect, the staff were amazing!!! We travelled from looking for a small low key luxury hotel and found exactly what we needed!! Stop looking and book!! ...
Daytime-we spent the day at the beach club. Great service. But we had a chance to your the rooftop. They are open on the weekends...adult only. Nighttime-the rooftop has a spectacular view all the way to Cozumel. The service is OUTSTANDING. And we loved our dinner (Salmon Wellington & Grilled Snapper). We were there on a Wednesday night-rooftop opened at 5:30.
